Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) Program: In partnership with Venture Training, Inc. & PA CareerLink, the free SEA program offers classroom-style & web-based courses to give new entrepreneurs the knowledge they need to become successful in their new undertakings
Entrepreneur in Residence: Enhances the education that entrepreneurs acquire through the regular counseling & coursework offered by HACC
