Eric is a results-driven business professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in “fixing broken companies” and scaling startups. In 1996, he founded Rosenberger North America, LLC, (Akron, PA), where he grew a manufacturing operation from the ground up. This background in industrial products and B2B markets gives him deep expertise in operational discipline and technical sales—insights that are highly relevant to entrepreneurs navigating growth and complex market cycles.

With over twelve years of volunteer mentoring experience, Eric has supported a wide range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale, and retail. His collaborative mentoring style focuses on data-driven decisions and steady, sustainable progress. Eric holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Northeastern University. His
