- Business and Leadership Coaching: I guide business leaders to establish processes and timelines to meet their business and organizational goals, financial targets, and delivery of their strategic plans. I have led multiple strategic planning sessions for businesses and non-profits, resulting in strong strategies and action plans for their future.
- Organizational Development: Whether you are starting up a new business or restructuring an existing one, I offer ideas and solutions to structuring organizations for efficiency and profitability.
- Strategic Human Resources Insight: Drawing from years in HR leadership, I provide strategies for effective employee management, talent development, and company policies.
- Nonprofit Experience: With experience as a Chief Donor Relations Officer, I help organizations build lasting relationships with stakeholders to secure sustainable support. I work with non-profit boards to establish strategic plans that achieve the goals of the organization.

I have been a sales, marketing and HR executive at Fortune 500 companies.
