Experience:
I have been mentoring small businesses in the Lancaster area for the past twelve years. Prior to retirement, I practiced law for thirty years, the last ten years as the managing partner of a small general practice law firm in Lancaster. In addition, I have advised and served on the Board of Directors of numerous not-for-profit organizations.
