Lancaster City Alliance (LCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring Lancaster City is a clean, safe, and vibrant. Through strong partnerships with businesses, residents, government, nonprofits, and community stakeholders, LCA works to strengthen Lancaster’s economy, support entrepreneurs, encourage investment and development, improve neighborhoods, and enhance the overall quality of life in the city. Our work with small businesses includes financial assistance programs such as City Revitalization & Improvement Zone (CRIZ) grants and loans, Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) tax credits, and networking opportunities. Ultimately, Lancaster City Alliance serves as a connector, resource, and catalyst for investment and growth.
