We like to think of the local business community as an ecosystem. Whether you realize it or not, your startup or small business is connected to or influenced by the work, successes & failures of the many other businesses that call Lancaster home, even if they are not likely to ever be a customer, a collaborator or a competitor. That’s why we think it’s so important to bring everyone together a few times a year — annual events like the Cultivate Lancaster Entrepreneurs Forum, Cultivar Lancaster: Hispanic Business Owners Breakfast & the newly established CultivateFest offer an opportunity for Lancaster’s owner-operators to gather, share stories, pitch ideas, catch up with old friends, make new connections & maybe even learn a thing or two in the process.
