The Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, is an incentive program that provides tax credits to qualified small businesses in existence for less than eight years. The Lancaster KIZ comprised of businesses within designated geographic zones in the City of Lancaster. Eligible businesses can apply for a tax credit of up to $100,000.
